From the lounge area we head onto the long south-east facing balcony with plenty of morning sun and beautiful views to the adjacent gardens, beach and Mediterranean sea. An outdoor dining area for six with awning perfect for shade during your alfresco meals. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances and a laundry room. The property has a central air conditioning system throughout and provides a high speed fibre optic internet connection. Community parking is also available inside the premises, a private parking space in the underground garage may be arranged for an extra fee for a small to medium sized car.
