Premium 3BR, 57th Floor, Italian Design

What I liked about the property: it is a beautiful place with a nice view, comfortable beds, great amenities, and clean, modern furniture. The kitchen was well-equipped with a complete set of utensils, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. A special thank you to Maysi for being so nice, helpful, and making our stay even better.

I had a few small concerns during my stay, but overall I still appreciated the experience. There was no tour or clear guidance to the clubhouse, so I had to explore on my own and ended up getting a bit lost in the parking area. A short orientation from the manager, Riyadh, upon arrival would have been really helpful. I also had an issue with the swimming pool key access. I informed Riyadh the night before, but it wasn’t resolved. I tried calling from 8 AM and only got a response around 11 AM. Because of this, I had some difficulty accessing the clubhouse elevator area and even got temporarily stuck inside the building. The username and password provided also didn’t work, which made it difficult to book the karaoke room. I initially thought staying on the top floor would feel safer, but I had a few concerns with the elevator system. A few times, people were able to reach the 57th floor because they hadn’t tapped their key for their own floor yet, and I had already pressed the elevator to go down. As a result, they were brought up to the 57th floor with me. This surprised me and made me a bit uncomfortable, as it felt like they could potentially access our floor if they wanted to. I understand this is not anyone’s fault, and it is simply a limitation of having direct elevator access to the apartment, even though this was one of the main features that attracted me when booking. That said, Riyadh improved after I shared my concerns. I understand he is new and I appreciate his efforts. Since I visit Indonesia often, I hope future stays will have even smoother service and communication. A special thank you to Maysi — she was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. She cooked breakfast for my kids, helped with cleaning, and assisted with laundry. Her kindness really made our stay much more comfortable. The driver, Yanto, was also good overall. He is very friendly, polite, and helpful, always willing to assist whenever needed.

We originally planned to stay at the Pullman Central Park but it was fully booked, so we chose this luxury apartment at Taman Anggrek Residence and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is beautifully designed with quality furniture, very comfortable beds, and a high-end feel. The location is incredibly convenient, just steps away from the shopping centre, shops, and restaurants. The guest relations manager was exceptionally attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
