Nothing bad everything is good

Beautiful property with an even prettier view. It overlooks the mountains and greenery and offers a distant view. Ideal for couples, families, and groups of friends who can have the entire villa to themselves. The rooms are spacious and cozy with good amenities. It has an entire terrace view to it, it's literally a relaxing spot for a leisurely stay.

The services could be better. The food menu is literally nothing, and a good staff would definitely help the property. The instructions weren't clear about the address on booking.com. We were charged extra for an early check-in, which I've literally not seen elsewhere in my years of traveling. Every other property is able to accommodate early or late check-ins for no extra charges.

It was a plesant stay,good ambiance,peaceful,delightful,refreshable atmosphere.cleanly maintained rooms and surroundings.View from rooms is the most exicting part of the stay.

Property is clean and well maintained and the staff are very kind and courteous and always maintain the professional decorum. Rooms are clean and the Bathrooms were clean too with hot water facility 24/7 and non-leaking high standard taps and equipment. Complimentary breakfast was decent with Idly, Poori, 1 variety of cut fruits, Banana Milkshake, Bread, Butter, Jam, Egg Omelette, Coffee & Tea.

While the property is neat and clean, here are some of the limitations and would need improvement: Room with No-AC and No-Fan looks weird when they charge you approximately 5000 per day and it is basic amenity expected at this price. We stayed for 3 days but they did not bother to offer new towels, room cleaning, changing bed spreads during our stay. It feels uncomfortable after 2 days given the climate. This is something they need to seriously reconsider. Shower was working but the force at which it functions was pathetic, it was almost dripping water under it with no force that anyone can take bath comfortably. Property is in very remote place and without own car it is highly impossible to get the Auto from Hotel to go outside and you need to walk at least 600 to 700 mts to reach the junction and even there its difficult to fine autos. The property is a villa that is divided into 4 rooms, 2 each is ground and first floor but all you get is the single room in the villa and this doesn't have a separate balcony attached and we are supposed to use the common terrace, which I felt a let down at this price point. The property is not at all close to nature and it tucked between the remote place with residential houses surrounded so don't expect any escape into nature while you are booking in this place.
