    We booked 2 days for 3 adults and 1 kid. Bed only for 2 and then additional bed movable. Terrible night sleep. We left the next day. Sterling cancelled our 2 day booking. AGODA did not pay us. So who is terrible? . Agoda for not paying us or Sterling for putting up an inflated photo.

    Great place to take your family for holiday. So many activities for adults and kids. The buffet was fantastic. Staff had good hospitality. Suggestions: To stop using DTV and start investing in smart tv. Rooms should have a catalogue with information about the property and different activities etc. Special credits to Anushmita & Abisha in Front Office & Alice in the restaurant for taking care of us. We will 100% confirm our stay with Sterling on our next visit to Ooty.
