We had an outstanding three‑night stay at Civico 44 Ravenna. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way: modern, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities and household items we needed. It is clear that great care has been taken to ensure guests feel comfortable and well supported.
Isabella and Lucca provided exceptional hospitality. They greeted us upon arrival, offered a thorough walkthrough of the apartment, and shared valuable insights about the local area. Their professionalism and warmth made a significant difference to our stay.
This is an accommodation we would confidently recommend to anyone visiting Ravenna. A flawless experience—10/10.

Difficilmente abbiamo trovato una ospitalità così genuina, appartamento ben arredato, pulitissimo, accogliente e dotato di tutto. Macchina del caffè persino con le cialde "sambuco" ...

Ottima posizione in quartiere tranquillo. L'ospitalità, la cortesia e la disponibilità di Gianluca sono state veramente apprezzate. A piedi è tutto comodo e in appartamento ci sono indicazioni per ogni tipo di attività desiderata. E tutto a cura del proprietario.
Il parcheggio potrebbe sembrare un problema di primo acchito ma una volta arrivati si trova abbastanza facilmente.
Sinceramente non ho riscontrato nessuna mancanza o nota negativa da segnalare.
