About this apartment rental
In a small context of only three residential units, Aladin Rent offers you this spacious and bright apartment, located at the gates of the historic center, with a private parking space.
The house is on two floors and is composed on the lower floor of: entrance, large living room, fully equipped kitchen with fridge oven dishwasher. Upstairs there is the sleeping area consisting of a large mezzanine, single bedroom with 3 beds, double bedroom, bathroom with washing machine and tub.
Strategic position at the gates of the historic center, not a limited traffic area therefore easy to access, it allows you to access the pedestrian area in a few minutes on foot.
Always on foot you can access all the main services (pizzerias, bars, restaurants, bank, post office, supermarket).
The parking space is located exactly under the house. As it is not a limited traffic area, the apartment is easily accessible by car.
In case of arrival by train, the station is about 1.4 km from the apartment. It is possible to walk through the historic center, or book a taxi for around € 7. The first bus stop is located about a hundred meters away.
Please always inform the arrival time in advance (at least one hour before) so that we can organize the check-in on time.
The wi-fi is free and available for guests but it is not unlimited, so please do not download too heavy files.

Four of us stayed quite comfortably in this apartment, 3 faculty and one student on the couch. Stefania reacted immediately to make us comfortable. It was a very good location, within 5 minutes of reaching the Orthodox Baptistry. I would book again!
