Parking outside the front door, plenty of room to move around as my husband has mobility problems. The bed was very comfortable we slept well, and was not too far away from the beachfront.
The leather furniture was really comfortable but as the weather was so hot over the bank holiday we had to use towels to cover the seats and arms as we stuck to them.

Gem cottage was very comfortable to stay in for a few days exploring South Devon. It had a separate bedroom/bathroom, a good sized kitchen with a stove and fridge and a lounge dining area. The lounge chairs were so comfortable. It was a 15 minute downhill walk into town and Back Beach but closer to access the ocean paths. There was a washing machine and parking which were two of our priorities. A fabulous place to stay. Su is an amazing host for places to explore as well as help when needed.

Very clean and comfortable
Easy access to teignmouth town
No green space for the dog to toilet, although it was only a 2 minute walk to a green patch
