The property, based in the centre of Teignmouth was a great stop off for us and was a shame it was only for the night. Inside was very tidy and coordinated, with plenty of space for our staying party of four. A shame it was only the night as I would have stayed longer.
There was a welcome gift of some prosecco, some bread and some cookies, which was an excellent touch.
Being in the heart of town the pubs outside got a little noisy at night is the only downside if one had to be stated.

Great place, very spacious, lovely furniture and beautiful added extras. Beds very comfy. Great selection of books & games. Definitely would stay again.
