Great location. Fab host, lovely touches like the arrival goodies box. All the essentials provided, even washer pods.

If I was to be picky the only thing I would suggest is blackout blinds in the main bedroom.

The Annexe was perfect in every way - spotlessly clean, great location, host was lovely.

There is no parking but there is some free parking on an adjacent street or a car parking which is a 2min walk away - this wouldn't put me off going back

Superb location to the Station, beach , Resteraunts and plenty of watering holes nearby . This is a very high end self contained flat which was spotlessly clean. The Host lives nearby and was very helpful .

Location fantastic less than one minute to the back beach and 3 minutes to the main beach. Shops 5 minutes away for everything you need.

Good location for the seafront and shops. Very clean . Host helpful with tech problems.

The entrance to the property was hidden away, some more precise instructions would have been helpful. Obviously lack of parking nearby could be a problem if staying longer. Car parks are £6.80 per day.

Well equipped Annexe. Lovely welcoome package. Great location for watching the sea, getting ferry to Shaldon, friendly pubs with outside seating close by. Alll day & overnight parking close by and inexpensive. Very relaxing stay.

Brilliant location and great little place with all you need!

Perfect location for a trip in Teignmouth. All the things to do in Teignmouth are literally on your doorstep and the ferry to Shaldon is just around the back! Also a lovely welcome hamper was left for us too and milk and oj!

The apartment was lovely and modern with all facilities available, beautiful and clean . Really appreciated the welcome food items a very nice surprise

Warm, cosy hub for a really lovely break from it all

We have never re-booked a place twice...until now. We came last Christmas and it was such a good getaway, arriving late afternoon on Christmas day, that we went for it a second time. Perfect size, beautifully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom, perfect duvet, warm, clean and a really exceptional location with easy hikes. We parked up in a nearby carpark for 5 days and hiked, walked, swam, stayed in....a lovely break in a warm, cosy, comfortable setting.

There is nothing not to like. Would consider coming yet again! We have no control over the sea temperature or the seagull decibels so it was perfect!

Small but perfectly formed apartment right by the beach.

The Annexe is great for a stay in Teignmouth. It's a small apartment but is really well equipped with everything you'll need, and immaculately clean. Karen was in touch on the day to let us know when we could get in, and texted to see if we needed extra towels or bedding as we also had our youngest with us. The welcome basket is a lovely touch and very appreciated! It's seconds from the back beach so a perfect location for central Teignmouth. We drove and parked on Ivy Lane but there's a big car park a few minutes walk away.

Lovely Flat in Teignmouth - Highly Recommended

The property was spotlessly clean, had a lovely spacious kitchen and sitting room area. There was a welcome pack, with tea/coffee, together with milk and butter in the fridge. Which was a lovely touch, and felt like being home from home. Great location, located on the ground floor (so easily accessible) and the host was friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, and very near to the back beach, The Den, and the ferry to Shaldon. If you want to stay in or around Tynemouth, this is a highly recommended place to stay.

I can't really think of anything that I didn't like.

What an absolute little gem provided by a lovely lady

What an absolute little gem The Annex is! It's such a modern and tastefully furnished apartment with lots of very thoughtful additional touches thrown in on top of everything (and more) that you could possibly need. A combined washing machine/drier, Sky, Wifi!! The bedding is absolute quality, plenty of lovely colour co-ordinating towels, comfy snuggly sofa. The kitchen.. wow!(you will have to see for yourself, not spoiling that wow). And right next to the back beach too. Karen the owner an absolutely lovely lady who goes that extra mile and also gives you all the information you could possibly need in the property. Absolutely loved our stay, just wish it was longer :)

A short stay to meet up with family for celebrations

The location was superb and just what we needed for our 3 night stay, right in the heart of town which we knew well. Warm, comfortable and well equipped. Karen was also there to meet us and all communications with her were great.

The curtains in the bedroom could do with keeping the light out more, otherwise everything was fine.
