Fonctionnel, plutôt spacieux, bien aménagé, voire neuf, climatisation et salle bains très agréables. 3 à 4 minutes à pied du métro Robespierre

Le logement était climatisé et calme. C'était propre et avec des commerces à proximité.
Logement de qualité médiocre, situé dans un ancien appartement divisé en studio pour de la location de studio. L'isolation phonique est mauvaise. Mon ami s'est retrouvé enfermé pendant 40min entre deux portes. Le mobilier commence déjà à se dégrader. Les clés marchent très mal pour ouvrir les portes. Studio équipé avec le minimum dans la cuisine.
