Sous les Étoiles Montreuil, Air Conditioning & Catamaran filet

Sous les Etoiles is a good value-for-money property. The location is excellent- 5' from a metro station- in a neighbourhood a bit run-down, but without problems. You can sleep under the stars if it's not cloudy and the light pollution was less in Paris. The instructions were very clear and the host friendly with limitations in the use of English. The sofa-bed wasn't so comfy, but the upstairs beds were firm and nice. The filet is a great touch.

If the host fixes some details, it will be excellent. A couple of broken or not functioning things like the blinds for the upstairs skylights could easily be fixed. It could have been a bit cleaner and some kind of softer mattress wouldn't go unnoticed.

Het is een mooi en net appartement! Ideaal dat er een aico aanwezig was dat was wel nodig met de hitte. Fijn dat het appartement afgesloten is met een cijfer code gesloten poortdeur. Het appartement is op de bovenste en tevens laatste verdieping en te bereiken via een lange trap.

De buurt is een minpunt. Erg veel ongure types op straat. Overal urine lucht en vuil. Veel glas van ingeslagen autoruiten in de omgeving. Zodra je je auto parkeerd om uit te laden lopen er direct ongure types te posten en je in de gaten te houden. Wij zelf hadden een afgesloten parkeergarage geregeld om onze auto veilig weg te zetten dit zou ik zeer zeker doen! Wij hadden voor ons gezin met 4 personen geboekt maar er waren maar 3 dekbedden aanwezig...
