Apartamento igualzinho como na foto. Achei lindinho, super aconchegante, apsar do ocorrido com o ar, tem ventiladores no teto da sala e dos quartos que funcionaram super bem. Cozinha com vários utensílios.... com certeza voltarei novamente.
Não consegui ligar o ar, quando apertei pra ligar ele não funcionou, mas não tenho certeza se não estava funcionando ou se eu que não soube mexer !

Apartamento confortável, com bom espaço e localização boa.
No anúncio fala que tem ar condicionado nos quartos, porém só tem na sala, e estava quebrado, perdi meio dia esperando o técnico arrumar porém não arrumou, a sala pega sol o dia todo ficando muito quente, por isso é imprescindível que o ar condicionado esteja funcionando.
