We loved this property and its great location in Passy. Amazing views of the Eiffel Tower, very Parisian with large windows overlooking the rooftops. Excellent communication and easy to access.
We had an initial problem with the boiler not working properly but the attentive and helpful owners ensured that all was fixed extremely quickly.

Location is amazing, the apartment is clean. Don’t forget to turn on heating so you dont sleep in 10 degrees like me

Access was easy. I received the access codes and address on WhatsApp in advance. I did not physically interact with the staff, communication only via WhatsApp. The apartment is fairly clean, not great but not bad either. The location is excellent, 15 minutes from the metro and 25 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Quite a few restaurants in the area with diverse menus.
Upon arrival we did not have toilet paper and kitchen paper towels, no shower gel and soap. After discussing it, they sent us the necessary ones. (It seems that other guests had the same problem). An espresso coffee without coffee.. not even for 1 coffee. It has problems with the hot water boiler (the problem has been persisting since April, I found comments with the boiler problem)... it needs to be restarted every time, but it makes infernal noises... dangerous. The staircase of the building looks deplorable, dirt, cables pulled out, miserable appearance. on the last day I didn't even have internet -it hadn't been paid, some instructions are needed for TV access. For the Passy Restaurant, close to the accommodation, on the corner...had happy hour starting at 6:00 PM...I had a beer at 5:59 PM...and it didn't qualify for happy hour :)))).
