Tolle Lage toller Blick, kleines aber sehr funktionales Appartement
Gebäude( Fassade, Flur, Skikeller) insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, auch die Fenster und tlw die Einbaumöbel im Appartement aber: neues Bad, Küche relativ neu mit Geschirrspüler u Mikrowelle, alles sauber, alles im Ort fussläufig zu erreichen

Apartament molt confortable i acollidor, molt net, amb dos banys, cosa que no es troba sempre. Ideal per passar uns dies per la zona.

Location, views, comfortable place. Lots of pluses.
The building is showing its wear. A number of minor issues that build up to be irritating. One elevator wasn't working, we lost hot water for 24 hours, etc
