About this apartment rental
This apartment is located on the 4th and last floor (with lift) of a small luxury chalet residence surrounded by a garden and located 5 min by foot from the town centre. It is Southeast-exposed, it enjoys wonderful views of the Drus and the mountain range of the Mont Blanc Massif and it is very quiet. There is an access to the slopes of Le Brévent from a cable car located behind the residence. There is a skis storage room and a private parking under the residence. It is very well equipped: colour television and hi-fi system as well as dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and fondue and raclette machine in the kitchen.

The property is very well located, near the city centre and near ski slopes. The parking space in basement was a plus as it is very difficult to find places to park. Good price also.
It was very clean when we arrived, and the owner and the caretaker were very helpful.
Although 6 peoples can sleep in the property, I would not recommend it for more than 4 people in winter, as it lacks spaces to put the ski clothing to dry (if you are beginners like us and will get your closes wet with the falls), and to be honest, this was our only problem as we were a group of 5 people. A washing machine would also be good to have.

"The accomodation is very clean, quiet and equiped with all one might need for one week of holidays. Perfect location, ski school for children and ski lift to bring you to the top just behind the apartment, also 5 min walking from the center od Chamonix. Private parking place in the garage is also very convenient. We would certainly like to return to this apartment."
