I and my friends really loved the clean and vast space, mountain view from the deck terrace, and the classy interior design of the entire house. We also appreciate the responsiveness and helpfulness of the caretaker couple who have been welcoming, accommodating, and apologetic for the inconveniences we've experienced during our stay.

Despite the reasons we loved about the home, there were really distinct things that made our stay almost unbearable: 1 - the water supply was ok until the motor pump gets unplugged ALL THE TIME. So much hassle to use the bathroom and the kitchen sink due to that. Someone from our group has to man the outlet to unplug and replug in that motor pump if we want steady water supply. Also, the bathroom drain is easily filled even if you're not done showering so the plumbing could've been better. 2 - the house on the 3rd floor was really a struggle to climb if you have heavy baggage, and that's something the owners should state in the booking description because others may not be physically able to climb 3 flights of stairs to the roof deck. 3 - the parking space inside the gate isn't enough if all 3 floors/houses have guests. We've arrived first among the 3 guest groups but we were told to park in the muddy lot next to the property. 4 - the huge TV was kinda wasted on us because there's no cable or Netflix and other streaming devices-ready. The local Affordabox wasn't working well and the caretaker had to lend us theirs for us to watch only the GMA news. No other local channels were displaying. The owner should consider having the TV installed with at least any streaming devices if it can't connect to cable. 5 - there were no bath towels and even a tissue roll/paper towels provided for bathroom and kitchen use. There's very limited cookware and no bowls for soups. We brought instant ramen to cook, as it's been a rainy day during our stay, but no pots and bowls to use. 6 - we brought our own vehicle but it would be very difficult for those backpackers and commuters to Baguio to stay here because the location is really in the inner, slopy streets with the main road where cabs are slightly afar off. There are a lot of areas for improvement in this house.
