Everything was as should be expected. The host was very nice. The building and property was really clean and taken care of. And security was nice also. Money well spent.

Stayed 4 nights, the place is clean and decent with helpful staff. It’s near tourist attractions.

First of all, shout out to Ma’am Zeny who was such a nice hostess. We stayed in Tower B unit 102 with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen and a sitting room. We arrived pretty late from Manila via the Victory Bus station on a taxi (love the taxis in Baguio—roomy and inexpensive )and raining! Ma’am Zeny was waiting for us and welcomed us to the unit which was clean and dry! Though the bathroom fixtures were dated, the beds, rooms and bathrooms were clean . We stayed for one week and ma’am Zeny with the house cleaners came mid-week to clean the unit and changed all the sheets! Such a great feeling to be cleaned ! The sitting room was just right for the 4 of us and there was even a space to go into the small terrace when it was not raining . The big plus was for my husband who is a PWD and uses a wheelchair to get around . The bathroom door and bedroom door and the room was just wide enough for him to get through . I would suggest bringing your own shower chair , suction cup grab bars which we did which made it possible for my husband to take a shower ( hot water!) and pull himself to the toilet . The kitchen wares was adequate . I would suggest to provide more serving bowls and small sauce pans. It was nice to have big pans for cooking for a big group . There was a rice cooker, tea kettle, microwave, stove😍and a big plus free water and dispenser! What a great service for us!
