Samaras luxurious apartment

The accommodation is in an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the town center and only a few minutes’ drive from the beach. It is clean and new, and its main advantages are the large fridge with a freezer, the washing machine, and the full-size stove. Unfortunately, that’s where the advantages end.

The apartment is far too small for four people, and the sofa cannot be converted into a bed. The bathroom ceiling is so low that it is uncomfortable even for a person of average height. We found the shower drain clogged upon arrival, and every time we took a shower the entire bathroom flooded. The owner instructed us to clean the drain ourselves, which we did not think was our responsibility. Although there is a TV, there are no cable channels. The kitchen is very poorly equipped with cookware and utensils, which can be a problem if you plan to prepare your own meals. We had to buy dishwasher liquid, cloths and sponges. There is no mirror, no lamps, and not a single shelf in the bathroom, so all your toiletries end up scattered around. Also im the bathroom there are only 3 hooks for the towels. If you use up the hot water from the solar water heater, you have to contact the owner so they can remotely switch on the electric heater, as guests have no way of controlling it themselves. To make matters worse, the cleaners entered the apartment without so much as an apology while we were still packing, even though there was still an hour left until check-out.
