ほぼ新築のようで清潔でよく管理されている。最大８人までベッドで寝る事を想定してテーブル周りや食器なども配備されていて快適に過ごせた。
県道から入る道が細くわかりにくかったことと洗濯機があるのに乾燥機がなく、残念でした。

富士急など近く、建物も新しく快適に過ごすことができた。
その他手数料で10,000円払う割には、食器が汚れており、掃除が粗雑 ソファなどから前宿泊者のと思われる靴下が出てきた
