Extremely convenient location because it is right in the centre but on a side street, so it is not noisy.
The flat is on the second floor with no stairs and equipped with everything you need.
The owner is kind, discreet and always available to respond to our needs. We would have preferred more proactivity in providing us with information on places/restaurants to visit.
Overall, the rating is very positive.
Sheets and towels are not changed. There would be space for a washing machine, but one is not provided. The sheets were slightly smaller than the mattress.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

Logement impeccable, bien équipé, propres, en plein centre-ville.
Ce dont on apprécie le plus lors de nos locations, c’est le pack de bienvenue ( capsules de café, thé pour le lendemain matin) et gel douche a disposition.
Je recommande un lave-linge toujours impératif pour les voyages.

Wohnung sicher teuer und sehr solide renoviert, mit guten Möbeln ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Lage, Nähe zur Altstadt sehr gut.
Fenster schlecht isoliert. Baustelle im Haus gegenüber lärmig. "Katzenplage" im ganzen Viertel, Tag und Nacht Gejaule. Zimmer recht klein, für mehr als vier Gäste undenkbar, wir waren drei, das ging. Balkone sehr klein, kaum nutzbar, Ausblicke nur in unschöne Hinterhöfe. Küchenutensilien sparsam ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit Vermieter Firma nur schriftlich, nie persönlich gesehen oder gesprochen. Manche Fragen (Müllentsorgung, Parkmöglichkeiten) erst durch schriftliches Nachfragen klären können.
