Vangelis and Dmitri were very helpful hosts and responsive, highly recommend this for families
Nothing much due to the cold weather it was very cold floors but that is unbeatable, heaters were provided in every bedroom and there was portable heater near the fireplace which was cozy

The view and balconies were lovely, we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast outside. Close to the old town and easy parking. A quiet neighbourhood and small supermarket just across the road was great. Kitchen was well stocked although a dish towel would be a great addition.
Difficulty with hot water, the hot water from the roof didn’t even half fill the bath, or allow more than a quick shower, the back up needed to be switched on as a matter of course for four people. The water was also wasted a little as the plug in the bath didn’t fit securely. Mattresses and towels have seen better days. This accommodation is probably not suitable for older people or young families as the two marble staircases are very steep and curve which could be dangerous to children or anyone unstable with their footing.

The apartment was very spacious and nice views. The host was kind and responded in a timely manner.
The carpets were not cleaned well. There was dust on the shelves. There was mold in the corners of the bedrooms on the top floor. I don’t feel comfortable seeing black mold in the space I’m staying. I saw that the solar panel water heater is leaking on the roof and walls. There were expired eggs in the fridge and generally the cleaning was not top and disappointing. Oh and the listing said there is a fireplace which is why I booked this apartment and when we got there the owner said we can’t used the fireplace, it’s only for decor…
