The apartment is in the quiet residential neighborhood, 15 min by walk from city center. For us it was super to have contactless check in since we arrived very late at night. Private on-site parking with locked gates. Three bedrooms with separate AC, two bathrooms - very convenient for the bigger families. Two balconies/teraces.
The host was very supportive, providing very detailed check in instructions as well as a long list of local sighseeing objects

The apartment is spacious in a building relatively new for Greek standards. It is equipped with everything you might need for a short or prolonged stay, and there's also a parking spot. The pictures are accurate. It was a convenient 30-mins drive to the theatre of a Epidaurus and a 2-mins drive to Naflpio center. The communication with the owner was very clear.
We visited during a very hot and humid weekend of June (it also rained). Unfortunately, the air-conditioning in the living room did not produce cool air, and the living room's balcony door was locked. There was bad odor from the sink/drainage in the open space kitchen-living room and in the large bathroom and we also saw a cockroach in that bathroom. 😔 I know that this is not related to the cleanliness of the house, as there was probably a problem with the drainage - but it was a bad experience. The 4 of us ended up using one (very small) WC. For 1 night it was OK.

The property met our needs as we had a car and they provided a parking spot on the premises. There is very limited public parking in Nafplion, especially in the old town. The apartment was very nice, comfortable but a little dated but was is a great location for cafes, restaurants and bakeries. The walk to the old town was a pleasant 20 minutes.
