Ailish was a wonderful host, had fresh scones for us on arrival. The apartment was excellent and Ailish was very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely one-bedroom apartment in Belmullet while visiting our daughter in the Gaeltacht. The host couldn't have been more friendly, welcoming, or helpful throughout our stay and even kindly allowed us a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. We were greeted with homemade drizzle cake and fresh milk in the fridge, along with tea and coffee provided for our stay. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and had some thoughtful extras, including dry robes, which were fantastic after visiting the tidal pool just a 4-minute walk away. The location is excellent. The town centre is only a 6-minute walk, with plenty of shops nearby for lunch and essentials. We had a great night in McDonnell's, where the staff were incredibly friendly and the live music was brilliant. We only planned to stay for a couple of drinks but ended up spending the whole evening there! We also enjoyed a few games of pool with our daughter in O'D's. We had a lovely meal at the Talbot Hotel, and the banoffee dessert was the best I've had in years. Overall, this accommodation exceeded our expectations. The warm hospitality, thoughtful touches, and fantastic location made for a perfect stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Belmullet and would happily stay again.
