Great location on top of subway lines going north/south and east/west through central seoul. Pretty much every tourist landmark requires no more than a single transfer on the subway.
Full kitchen facilities for such great value within central seoul, great for people like myself with dietary restrictions limiting my options of eating out.
Lifts are a minor inconvenience, but just plan in mind it can take an extra couple of mins to get up/down.
Peeling paint down the side of the beds, but wasnt visible and didnt impact us at all.

Location is perfect with access directly from subway.
The room was spacious for 4 people lots of storage and hanging space and room for luggage. Windows can open which is nice, the AC was great during the heatwave.
The washer/dryer combo was a blessing. Clothes airer and steam were available on request.
Daily towel change and rubbish collection was a nice bonus especially as there is no towel hanging in the room.
The level we were on had a small balcony option in common area.
Luggage storage was great.
The elevators! Whilst other reviews have mentioned it and the hotel has warnings about the peak hour it was horrendous! tried to take an elevator down at 830am after 40mins waiting we didnt have luggage so ended up using stairs for 19 floors,it was a weekend. if you have plans or checking out with luggage be prepared to factor in an hour for the elevators.
Towel hanging, there is none! We had to resort to daily towle changes because of this.

Support staff for electronics and wall outlet connectivity is supper professional. He is great! Cleaning crew is great too.
