The view the location
That you couldn’t park the carts. Some people rent the carts before hand

Location was good. Convenient to the beach with private access and the pools were clean with plenty of room for large crowds..
The elevators were the absolute worst nightmare ever!!! The amount of condos/people to share the very small amount of elevators (one was down the entire time we were there) with waits over 20-30 minutes to just get on and this was every single time morning & night. Our condo was dirty with sand on the floors and all in the bedsheets (we washed all of them because as sandy as they were we don't know if they were clean or not) We had no comforters/bedspreads for any of the beds and had to make 3 calls just to get some brought to us. Dirty dishes in the cabinets and I mean DIRTY and trash under the couches/beds. Crazy to think you pay for the first day and have to wait until 4 pm check in because of cleaning and the condo was dirty!!! For the cleaning we had to do and supplies we had to pay for to clean, we should have been able to check in a lot earlier since the condo was dirty and we spent our first day of vacation cleaning. Maybe get a new cleaning service!!!
