I loved the hotel room itself. Very comfortable for my family. Everything thing that I needed was already there.
The long waits. Rude staff for parking tickets. Rude security. Only one working pool . Some parts of the facility looked unkept. Bracelets didn’t work. Had to keep calling main office to get inside the gate.
