Su localización (usamos coche o Bolt para acercarnos al centro o localidades próximas, porque el tranvía se encuentra en obras) y las instalaciones (correctas, amplias y sin ruidos)
Dos ventiladores muy pequeños (eso sí, coincidimos con una ola de calor inhabitual)

Appartamento molto grande, ordinato e pulito, dotato di utensili in cucina e beni di prima necessità (olio, sale, spezie, pasta, riso, tovaglioli, sapone dei piatti , spugne. Abbiamo perfino trovato dei gelati!). Molto bello anche il balcone. È situato un po' fuori dal centro ma risulta facilmente raggiungibile. La fermata del tram che porta in 10 minuti in centro si trova a 3 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Host gentile e disponibile.
Essendo in una zona verde ci sono moltissime zanzare e non si può tenere aperto. Il proprietario ha però messo a disposizione racchette elettriche e antizanzare. Il letto della camera andrebbe messo a nuovo, è stata l'unica nota dolente del nostro soggiorno.

Appartement récent, spacieux, calme, propre. Hôte très réactif, arrivée autonome avec explications parfaites et 2 dosettes de café à disposition. Stationnement dans la rue facile. Belle terrasse sans vis à vis. On se croit à la campagne!
1 seule serviette de toilette, drap de lit peu agréable (rêche), mais literie impeccable.
