Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez François. L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé. Il est aussi idéalement situé, proche de Bordeaux (30 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre Bordeaux ou arrêt de bus dans une rue adjacente) et dans un quartier calme. François donne également de très nombreux conseils sur les lignes de bus, restaurants à proximité...

La propreté irréprochable. Logement neuf. La salle de bain très pratique. La gentillesse indéniable de François, qui a même pris le temps de nous indiquer les trajets en bus en fonction de notre programme ! Le stationnement possible dans la cour privée. La localisation proche du centre ville. Le calme du quartier.
L’accès au lit sur la mezzanine, un peu acrobatique. Maïs qui se fait bien si on est vigilant !
