The staff is super helpful, you can ask them anything, the pool and braai are super nice and the bed is so big and comfy!
Our toilet was constipated but they fixed it immediately and let a plumber come.

Very residential quiet safe area
No lounge. I had to keep my curtains closed all the time. Could not open and enjoy the garden or outside. There were people there that were smoking
