Hill House Cashel

plush big rooms with modern bathrooms on the small side, common living room with free whiskey taste, full set of bathroom utilities, salah was very helpful, our room had view of rock of cashel

The house is renovated to a high standard which compliments the original building and surroundings. The views from the house are just amazing. The staff are warm and inviting. The rooms are really comfy and the bed are great quality and comfort

The view and it was very quiet at night The size of the room breakfast and the coffee was excellent Salah was VERY attentive, friendly, supportive and met all our needs Robes Bone China teacups!!!

Didn't know how to operate the shower drain

The house was beautiful. The room spectacular with very comfortable bed, elegant sheets. The room itself was spacious and equipped with nice chairs. We had a room upstairs with a view of the Rock that was lit up at night. SInce it was raining and we didn't go see it at night it was nice to be able to look at it. It is a short walk to the Rock but quite an uphill walk back. We didn't do it in the morning because the person there said we had to check out on time.. see below. Breakfast was big and very tasty

I had read online how nice the hostess was so I was probably even more upset that I normally would have been for the host. FIrst of all we were the only ones at the hotel.. so that felt a bit odd. When we arrived the man ushered us around quickly and then left. In the morning, he gave us breakfast with minimal conversation.. no suggestions. The coffee machine was a bit complicated but he never told us how to use it. When we asked if we could go down to the Rock and come back and get our luggage..given no one was there.. he said no we had to check out on time. I honestly can say he was the least warm and welcoming person I met in our trip to Ireland.
