Propiedad singular en plena zona histórica de Sevilla con vistas muy bonitas al rectorado de la universidad, muy cerca de la Giralda y todos los edificio mas relevantes de la ciudad, decoración muy particular con techos altos gran amplitud, cama muy cómoda, con varios tamaños de almohadas y buena limpieza general. El garaje es una gran ventaja para dejar el coche en pleno centro.
Al estar situado en una gran calle peatonal con mucho transito, carril bici, tranvía así como varias terrazas y restaurantes, se aprecia el ruido que producen, especialmente el característico sonido de los tranvías.

区域很好，下楼就有很多商店，包括餐饮和超市，距离景点都很近，这在炎热的酷暑很重要。主人品位一流，设施先进，空调太强了
如果窗户改造一下就好了，现在晚上噪音太大，轻轨运行很吵

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we booked at the last minute. Raphael was exceptional, and organised check in within 30 minutes. The apartment is in a great position and has everything Position and parking under the building was great. Excellent location for a three day stay in Sevilla. The weather was exceptionally hot for May, and the aircon in the apartment is very effective

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente. Es amplio y confortable. Se ajusta a lo que buscábamos.
La limpieza del apartamento es deficiente. La experiencia no resulta satisfactoria, la cocina , electrodomésticos y algunos utensilios de la misma estaban sucios. Hemos prescindido de su uso.
