Duplex acogedor con gran terraza en pleno centro de Sevilla!

The apartment exceeded our expectations! It is a beautiful and modern space right in the heart of the city. Traveling as a group of adults, the duplex layout was perfect for us, offering excellent comfort and space. Having 2 bathrooms was a huge plus, as it provided great convenience and much-needed privacy for everyone. Everything was spotless and tastefully decorated. Even though some reviews mention that the kitchen is small, this is only in terms of physical space; it is actually fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is unbeatable—literally a 5-minute walk from the Lion's Gate (Puerta de los Leones) of the Alcázar and 5 minutes from the Cathedral, making it so easy to explore the city on foot. Another highlight of the property is definitely the large private terrace—absolutely fantastic for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. To top it all off, the host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

There was nothing we didn't like. Just as a general note for future guests, since it is a duplex apartment, there is an internal staircase, which was absolutely fine for us but good to know for anyone with mobility preferences.

The location was fantastic - really central with lots of places around to eat. I loved the roof top terrace as well - perfect for a afternoon siesta! The host was very friendly and helpful as well - answered any questions via whatsapp and sent lots of information to make it really easy to check in and out.

There was a note around emptying the bins daily to avoid smells / bugs. However, there was no instructions to suggest where to put the full bin bags or extra bags to replace them. The door from the upstairs bedroom to the bathroom also got stuck a few times and needed a good shove to re-open.

Handtücher waren zwar offensichtlich gewaschen, hatten aber Flecken die offenbar nicht mehr herausgehen. Die Innentüren hatten zum Teil kauptte Schlösser/wackelige Griffe. Ich der Küche war ein deutlicher Schimmelfleck.
