Hi there, Welcome to our home!
The space is styled contemporary modern, and will feel like your home away from home, in Seattle.
Excellent location! Right smack in the middle of Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood, just a few minutes in either direction to Fremont, Ballard, South Lake Union, and of course the Space Needle!
Ideal for small families, couples, and business travelers.
You can comfortably sleep 4 people, and entertain a few more if you so desire!
Please see our strict house rules in place to keep the highest quality for all of our guests:
-No smoking or use of drugs allowed
-No parties or events allowed (must be pre-cleared with Host/Property Owner, insurance deposit required)
-Check-in time 4pm onwards
-No extra/overnight guests (Have more guests than listed in reservation or if the number doesn’t match we reserve the right to cancel reservation)
-No mail delivered here ( unless personally arranged head of time)
-No moving/rearranging furnitures
-No unplugging all the electronics like TVs, lamps, etc.
-No pets unless specifically allowed during booking
-No disrespecting/disturbing the neighbors
-No loud music after 8 pm
-11am is check out time

We were in the basement apt. and this was 1 of at least 2, possibly 3 units in this house. The listing didn’t make any of this clear. Listing says 1 and 1/2 bath but there is only 1 full bath. Had overhead guests one night that were extremely loud at 2 am. Could hear conversations, every footstep (including their dog’s) and more.Only one bedside lamp (didn’t inquire about getting another)Clean space, cute backyard, comfy bed, basic provisions- shamp, cond, coffee pods, etc provided. Ample street parking,
