About this house rental
An updated dwell magazine inspired mid-century modern home located in an urban setting on desirable North Queen Anne. This split level home is sited above the quiet street with territorial views, located only minutes to Downtown, South Lake Union, Ballard and many other surrounding neighborhoods.
The main (upper) floor of the home is a circular floor plan which features a living room flooded with light, a dining room for 6, hardwood floors, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Hip fully equipped Kitchen, quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, gas stove and includes a door with a walk out to a private back yard deck. Back yard includes patio furniture and BBQ.
The main (upper) floor also includes the two bedrooms with Queen size mattresses (one bedroom with TV). Upstairs bath near to the bedrooms includes a deep soaking tub (no shower), large floating bathroom vanity and is fully equipped with bath towels and other amenities.
The lower level of the home features a spacious recreation room, flat screen TV, games and an Air-Bed for extra guest/s. Lower Level includes a glass walk-in shower and a floating double sink vanity; plus a separate laundry room with full size washer/dryer.
In addition, there is WIFI, off-street parking in the driveway and a parking pass for in front of the home. You will be minutes to Seattle Pacific University, the University of Washington, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, hospitals, and a personal favorite Discovery Park. Bus lines to downtown and all parts of the city are located four city blocks from the home. This is an urban oasis for your travels to Seattle located perfectly for both adventures in the neighborhood, as well as many surrounding areas.

We were truly wowed with our warm welcome check in, with wine, chocolate and beautiful flowers! Felt so at home immediately. Amazing location, great views and home amenities! Minutes from downtown, Magnolia, Ballard, Discovery park and Fremont. So appreciative of the extra fluffy towels, fans in every room, extra toiletries and even laundry supplies. Couldn’t believe how clean everything was, and the kitchen was better stocked with cooking equipment than my own! Allowed us to make some special meals together, with dinner dining and grilling on the back deck. The best!

We had a fantastic stay at this home and cannot recommend it enough. The house was beautiful and is in peaceful and quiet neighborhood, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. The kitchen that was actually well-stocked with an excellent selection of high-quality pans, utensils, and everything we needed to prepare meals easily. The host was very communicative. He was responsive, helpful, and attentive from check-in to check-out, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax after exploring Seattle. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to do, while also feeling very safe and comfortable. Our host was incredibly easy to communicate with and went above and beyond by offering to mail an item we accidentally left behind. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Seattle. We would definitely stay here again!
