About this house rental
An updated dwell magazine inspired mid-century modern home located in an urban setting on desirable North Queen Anne. This split level home is sited above the quiet street with territorial views, located only minutes to Downtown, South Lake Union, Ballard and many other surrounding neighborhoods.
The main (upper) floor of the home is a circular floor plan which features a living room flooded with light, a dining room for 6, hardwood floors, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Hip fully equipped Kitchen, quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, gas stove and includes a door with a walk out to a private back yard deck. Back yard includes patio furniture and BBQ.
The main (upper) floor also includes the two bedrooms with Queen size mattresses (one bedroom with TV). Upstairs bath near to the bedrooms includes a deep soaking tub (no shower), large floating bathroom vanity and is fully equipped with bath towels and other amenities.
The lower level of the home features a spacious recreation room, flat screen TV, games and an Air-Bed for extra guest/s. Lower Level includes a glass walk-in shower and a floating double sink vanity; plus a separate laundry room with full size washer/dryer.
In addition, there is WIFI, off-street parking in the driveway and a parking pass for in front of the home. You will be minutes to Seattle Pacific University, the University of Washington, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, hospitals, and a personal favorite Discovery Park. Bus lines to downtown and all parts of the city are located four city blocks from the home. This is an urban oasis for your travels to Seattle located perfectly for both adventures in the neighborhood, as well as many surrounding areas.

This was a return stay for us, this time over the holidays. Host was great with personal touches and responsive to any questions or issues. Well stocked with supplies and amenities. Love the Queen Anne neighborhoods and coffee shops and proximity to downtown and other neighborhoods nearby. Will be back!

My husband, small dog and I stayed in this wonderful house on the north side of Queen Anne
for 2 weeks while our Seattle home was being painted.
It’s a wonderful house, spacious with a great floor plan, and a yard for our dog right off the kitchen. The house is so well stocked with all the needed perishables and everything one would need for cooking. It’s was also super clean!! Matt made the whole process easy and pleasant. Thanks!

Great property, well appointed, very clean with extras like flowers, wine and snacks. Very warm, inviting, comfortable and quiet. We’d stay there again if it is available!
