Room and bathroom was very clean. The staff, especially, Mr.Ganesh and Mr.Rahul (Attendant), were very helpful when the bathroom water stopped coming. They got us water from alternate sources so we could do our morning ablutions and attend our friend's function at Pune Hotel

The room was extremely small, with barely enough room just to walk around the bed, for the price charged by Booking.com. The TV was kaput. No drinking water or water glasses kept in the room. We were charged for breakfast though it was included in the room charges and the breakfast was basic minimum available with bread not even buttered though we are charged for the breakfast. The tap water ran out on the 2nd day and we couldn't use the bathroom for lack of water and it made us late to the occassion for which we had travelled to Pune, to attend.

Very well behaved staff, the manager is so kind. Room service also good. Rooms are small but they maintained very well. I was little worried when I was check in. But they made us very comfortable.

I gave 9 star. Only because of wifi.. we faced Little trouble of that.

Excellent hospitality from start to finish. Room was spotless, food excellent, and staff welcoming. A wonderful experience in Pune.
