When I booked room for a 2 days after that I received number of property I called them and said I want early check-in at 10 am they said ok when I reach hotel then they said sir 30 min wait kijiye main ready karwa raha hu room. But they give me keys at 12.30 pm and when I reach the room then I realize that room was so unhygienic and poor. Not ever proper cleaning and bedsheets are used, towels and used I said them clean it again they took 1 hour again for clean but they are not changed bedsheets and said 2 hour me laundry wala aayega tab towels and bedsheets change kar denge. They don't even give me shower gel, shampoo and soap. After 3-4 times then 1 man give me 1 packet of soap and gel. Washroom are so poor of cleaners, Ac is not working so many times I said then he tell me that rooms ac not work. At agoda I booked suit but there manager said me our hotel is don't have any suit room talk with app for compensation of file complaint we don't care. Unprofessional talk of management. This hotel has full mosquitoes and chockroges and I recorded at video. After evening the boys come to me and said change room we give you another room then I go with that boy on 3rd floor but that room has no lights after he take me to 2nd floor that room ok at 1st night but from morning that rooms ac not worked out and 2nd full day and night don't on ac. I regularly said them but they not helped anything. Not even they gives me towels and gel or soap kit. I regularly books hotels at different apps if agoda app have like this hotels then next time I will not book's any hotel at your platform. You are liar management and false information for the hotels
