- Cheap rate - Fast customer service even if checking in late at 1am - Provided 2 private parking - Hot water works properly - Property looks the same as in picture - Provided towels - Other items works properly

- Not easy check-in process: 1) Does not provide picture and detailed instructions on how to check-in, kind of confusing for first time guest who does not know the layout of the building (parking/lobby/mailbox). 2) Only provide pictures after being asked by the guest. 3) Every step of check-in needs some kind of access (not included in the general instructions). For example, to go in the mailbox needs to go through security first and other steps. 4) Finding parking was fairly easy, however, finding the actual building was confusing. My family got on the wrong lift and trapped in the lift for 15 minutes because it wont move even after tapping the access card. Thankfully, the lift move by itself to ground floor when theres no movement and thankfully again there were a security that led us to the right building. - Not a good first impression for the rooms, the bathroom floor kind of looks dirty, the bedroom wardrobe was missing its door and the bedroom smells funky when sleeping at night. - The pillow was very hard to sleep on. - This is not obligatory but the property is not muslim-friendly. Overall, we had a good quick sleep and hope there can be some improvement made in the future, thank you.

Clean…spacious for small families, easy to acces, secured and near to the restaurant n grocer. Traffic are just nice.
