Nothing much. Just the building itself is confusing…but thats on the architect who designed the building.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The environment was calm and suitable for rest. Even though there was no face-to-face meeting with the owner, the communication through WhatsApp was smooth, friendly, and very helpful. Check-in process was easy and everything was well prepared. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Cyberjaya.
Nothing much to complain about. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Everything was fair
The staff has attitude problem. I have checked in to a lot of apartment via booking.com, but never provide IC before. Was not informed prior about need to provide IC.
When asked about the reason why it is needed, the staff responded "This is our property procedure. If you have a problem you can contact customer services"
This seriously need improvement.
