Very comfortable, aircond in good condition, clean(no cockroach), have washing machine, have refrigerator. Friendly staff and the information how to go to the homestay, checkin, checkout very clear + easy. Can repeat again if have event near cyber and putrajaya.
Nothing to complain. Everything is good. Just confuse to tap lift card in lift because have two tap card machine in lift.

The systematic and in-depth guidelines on check-in and check-out procedures ensured that I had no issues checking in or checking out. Images provided are clear and instructions are easily understood even for people staying in the unit for the first time.
Nothing from IdealHub standpoint. The card-keys provided seems to be quite difficult to detect for both parking and the lift. Needed to learn how to scan it over time. But it was not really a bad experience and easily adaptable.
