place is comfortable. nice place for a big family of 7. i highly recommend this place as it has all the things a house needs. you can cook, watch tv (netflix), shower comfortable with soaps, aircond, hot water as well, iron board, security & a swimming pool for the kids. your kids can swim from morning to night. oh ya there is a washing machine and a dryer in place as well.
maybe just a new paint job but that is just cosmetics. overall the place was nice and comfortable. it is very clean. so there is nothing much to dislike. a very nice place. recommended place.

The location was good and the check in process was super easy. Provided parking for two cars. Wifi connection was super fast. All the amenities was good like washing machine, drier, water dispenser etc were great.
The tv was a bit small and the operation was a bit troublesome. Had to change the remote battery thrice. The connection for netflix was available at night but was off during the day.

The homestay management asked me to pay extra money RM112.00 she said it was for house cleaning when I told her the cleaning fees already charged in the rental homestay, she said oh for electric fee. Why does the tenant have to pay his electric bill? This is a scam. Be careful with this person.
