Très cosy, à l’ombre d’un arbre ce qui était parfait pour avoir de la fraîcheur malgré l’absence de climatisation. Propre, lits confortables et assez de ravitaillement . À 7 mins de Legoland et 10 mins de M&S

Lovely little studio apartment, had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The memorabilia of the band Jigsaw absolutely fascinating . Ann was on hand should you need anything, a really friendly and helpful owner . Parking of course a real plus . Excellent value for money .

The Studio is as they say " small but perfectly formed".and Ann and her dogs were so welcoming. Would I recommend it to family and friends-absolutely, will I be staying again when I'm next the area- most definitely. The effort Ann goes to with the extra essentials she provides makes all the difference, even though I didn't use many of them, it's the thought that counts. The Studio was spotlessly clean and just as the photos.
There's nothing to dislike about The Studio as far as I'm concerned!

The garden was great for the dogs
Room too small although I do appreciate it is a studio but far too small for 7 night stay Towels weren’t changed although we had paid for 7 nights. There was no cleaning products to clean the bedroom. Brush and mop definitely needed with wet dogs coming into small area
