This is a lovely place to stay as a base for exploring Poole. At night it’s quiet. By day you can walk quickly to the park and the town is not far at all. The property has everything you need to self-cater. The bathroom is spacious. There’s a place to sit outside.

We only stayed for one night and did not make use of the kitchen. The room was very comfortable with a good bathroom

The facilities to enable us too self cater were very good, the rooms were spacious and comfy with good entertainment possibilities. Will strongly recommend this property to those looking for somewhere to stop for a break away.

Great place to stay while I visited Poole for an event at the Lighthouse theatre.
Really nice walk through the town park - about 20/25 minutes - and up a pretty alleyway next to the college. I did also take the bus which goes from the end of the road into town (10 mins). Highly recommend the bus app.
Such a quiet street - very peaceful and comfortable night's sleep compared to sleeping in a hotel in town by the roads and gulls.
