Apartment was great and location to Estepona was really convenient
It would have been better if the pool area had sun loungers or if the apartment had sun loungers that you could take to the pool. Thanks

There is a scooter stop just outside. We utilised this a lot (fee payable to DOTT)
Lots of local supermarkets in the area

Hosts very quick to reply to messages (even during non office hours)
Located on a hill, not suitable for reduced mobility
Approx 15/20 walk to the beach/resturants
No Shade on upper terrace, unusable during the day
Issues with broken toilet seat (not fixed when reported)
Issues with some of the furniture (told this issue will be resolved, but wasn’t resolved during our stay)
Noisy in main bedroom, lots of street noise including emptying outside communal bins at 6am! Obviously can’t be controlled by the host but was woken most mornings.

Goed: locatie (700m van centrum), modern, net appartement, leuk zonneterras, alles is aanwezig.
Nadelen: wat ver van strand, alg uitrusting appartement is goedkoop. Geen zonwering bij zwembad, ook geen parasolletje zelfs, ook niet op eigen zonneterras.
