Todo muy bien, nada malo que decir

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was very comfortable, spacious and had everything what we needed for a long stay (we stayed there 4 weeks). Bed was comfortable, it was nice to spend evenings drinking a wine on the balcony. Short walk to the old town and beach, nice swimming pool and common area. Nicely decorated, no not needed stuff (which is quite common in the short term rental apartments in Spain) so it’s clean, and there is a space for your stuff. Parking place in a garage. Hot water which was enough for two people to take a long shower right after each other. We will come back with a pleasure when back in Estepona.

The only downside is the school just outside the window, but it didn’t disturb us to be honest.

'Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment near center and beach' is a wonderful apartment! It's a very spacious place with two double bedrooms and a very large living room + kitchen. It's located on a quiet street with views over the mountain and was delivered very clean and spotless. Friendly host with the check-in that gave me the keys and explained everything about the apartment and surroundings. It also has secure parking spot with easy access. The Old-Town/Center is located <10 minutes walking from the apartment, which makes it an ideal location. Would definitely recommend!

De locatie is prima.Je kunt lopen naar het centrum. De ligging van het appartement is niet gunstig. Aan een doorgaande weg en tegenover een school.

De lift in het complex was defect. 24 dagen!! zonder lift is niet fijn. Met zware boodschappentassen en zware koffers 3 verdiepingen omhoog met de trap is niet fijn! Slechte service van de VVE van het complex! Verder was de inrichting van het appartement erg minimalistisch. De keuken alleen het hoognodige. Foto´s tonen een ruimer appartement dan in werkelijkheid. 1 badkamer met badmeubel. 2e badkamer alleen maar een wastafel. Waar laat ik de toiletspullen?? Appartement vinden wij te klein voor 4 personen!
