"Haus am Teich" Vacation Home in Hooksiel: A vacation home with two terraces for 4 guests

Perfect for families and couples of 4 plus a baby! The house by the pond is especially well-suited for Hooksiel enthusiasts who want to stay between the town center and the beach and be just a few minutes’ walk from the Hooksiel Binnentief and the saltwater indoor pool.

Spanning 70 square meters, the house features modern and cozy furnishings. On the first floor, you’ll find a small guest restroom, a cozy living-dining area, and an open kitchen. The modern high-gloss built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator (with freezer compartment), an oven, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The living room is furnished with a large corner sofa and a comfortable TV armchair, providing ample space for four people to enjoy TV nights together on the large 55-inch smart TV.

The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, both equipped with blinds and fly screens. The larger bedroom features a double bed (180x200) at a comfortable height, a dresser, and a large wardrobe. A travel crib can be added here if needed. A 40-inch smart TV is also available. The second bedroom has two single beds. You’ll also find a dresser and another 40-inch flat-screen TV here. The upper floor also features a modern bathroom with a large, walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and towel dryer. A washing machine is also available.

For our younger guests, we provide a high chair and a travel crib free of charge, as well as plenty of games and books for all ages.

Two cars can easily be parked one behind the other in the driveway, and you can store your bicycles in the lockable shed.

What makes “Haus am Teich” special are its two terraces. One is located off the living room and is ideal for outdoor breakfasts, as the sun shines there first thing in the morning. Behind the house, a large wooden deck stretches right along the pond, where you can enjoy the sun starting around noon.
