About this apartment rental
Are you dreaming of the perfect vacation? Then we warmly welcome you to the “Steuerbord” penthouse apartment in Haus Borkum, completed in 2022.
The 73 m² “Steuerbord” apartment, designed for accessibility, awaits you on the top floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
In addition to the hallway, the penthouse features two inviting bedrooms, a stylish bathroom, and a combined living and dining area with a small utility room equipped with a washing machine and iron. A spacious 18 m² balcony invites you to linger with a seating area for 4 people, 2 sun loungers, and a parasol.
The penthouse’s upscale amenities leave nothing to be desired. Relax in the exclusive infrared sauna, ideal for warming up and unwinding after a hike on cold days. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything an amateur chef could desire. A cozy seating nook and a large corner sofa invite you to linger. Amenities include a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. An internet radio provides entertainment, while the large smart TV in the living area and in both bedrooms promises a multimedia experience. The high-quality bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.
A high chair and a travel crib are available for our younger guests, and a selection of board games promises hours of fun. Of course, the penthouse has Wi-Fi.
A private parking space right next to the house and an electric charging station for your electric car are available. The lockable outbuilding features bike storage spaces equipped with 220-volt charging ports for e-bikes.
The Hookser Perle is an attractive vacation complex that combines proximity to nature with modern architecture. It is located in the Middeldiek / Neckarstraße area, near the town center and directly behind the dike. The spacious outdoor area invites you to linger and promises a cozy, comfortable home in a lively vacation destination.
