Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, property, and docks all to yourself. The house has a smart lock on the front door which will allow you to easily access.
**NOTE**
- Lake Martin water levels are lowered from October through March. Our dock is not accessible by boat during this time but can be accessible by kayak.
- The driveway is steep but the parking is flat for 4 to 6 cars depending on their size.
We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if any unforeseen circumstances arise!
**House Rules/Rental Terms**
• No Parties or events allowed.
• Maximum number of guests allowed on property or overnight is 12.
• No Smoking or Vaping of any kind or permitted inside the house or on the decks. If smoke is detected there will be a $750 Ozone Smoke Removal Fee charged.
• No Pets Allowed. We love dogs, but leave ours at home. If you bring a pet there will be a charge of $750 per pet.
• Quiet Times: 10:00pm-8:00am. Please respect our neighbors and how noise carries across the water.
• Your booking constitutes a short-term rental agreement for the dates reserved. Guests must vacate the property by the stated checkout time unless a written extension is approved.
• Any stay beyond the checkout time without written approval is considered unauthorized occupancy and may result in additional charges and legal action.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or contents beyond normal wear and tear and agree to reimburse the host for repair or replacement costs.
• The property may be used only for residential vacation purposes. Commercial activities, parties, or events are not permitted without prior written approval.
• Guests must promptly report any damage or maintenance issues. Failure to report may result in additional charges.
• Host is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
• Guests must immediately notify the host of any suspected pest issues (including bed bugs) to allow prompt inspection and treatment.
• Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations, including those related to alcohol use and occupancy.

We stayed for 5 nights for Christmas and made so many memories! The home itself is amazing! There is so much space. The kids were able to hang out downstairs and the adults upstairs. We are a family of 10, and there was more than enough room for 5 more people. If you want to visit Lake Martin this home has everything! Ping pong, hot tub, kayaks, and paddle boards. We plan to stay again this summer! The host was very timely with responses.

Amazing view. Brand new home with all the amenities and plenty of space to host several families. Grant, our host, was very accommodating and responsive. This is definitely a repeat booking option for me.

Beautiful home with all the amenities. We were so comfortable and enjoyed our stay tremendously! We had 3 little ones and the deck was safe and kid friendly.

It was a great weekend with my family! Boys are older and this may be one of the last times we're all able to be together. The house was relaxing and big enough for all to have their own space. Many hours laughing on the dock and playing ping pong. A good place to find togetherness.
