The Bothy located just off of Lyndhurst High Street on a very quiet private estate, set within two acres of communal grounds, a five minute walk takes you onto Lyndhurst High street, with all of it's independent shops, cafes, hotel & public houses in one direction, whilst the open forest of Boltons Bench is also just a five minute walk away.
The Bothy has ample parking just outside the front door & gardens which welcome deer onto the lawns almost every evening.
A large lounge/diner is complemented by a generous bathroom, kitchen & bedroom, all accessed from an equally large hallway.
Lyndhurst being the capital of the New Forest has a wide variety of walks stretching across the forest from the village, Beaulieu being the home of Lord Montagu & National Motor Museum, Bucklers Hard & Exbury Gardens are all within a very short drive.
The Bothy has been accommodating visitors to the New Forest for over ten years.
