This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
There is parking for 2 oversized or 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold your reservation.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.
House Rules:
Rates and fees are non-negotiable.
Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.
MAXIMUM occupancy is 8
GOLF CART WITH THIS RENTAL
No smoking in the house.
Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

The pictures online were just beautiful and when we got there it was a big disappointment! There was a lack of cleaning and updating of items that needed replaced and thrown away! For the money I spent it should have been top notch! I did reach out to property manager when we got there and sent pics of things that needed taken care of and she sent her daughter in law up to clean. Was just disappointed. Loved the deck and outdoor shower though. Added a few pics of what we showed up to below.
