The 1st floor includes a Master bedroom with full bath and a half bath under stairs for guest, The 2nd floor includes another Master with full bath along with 2 queen guest bedrooms with a full shared bath. Each bedroom offers a ceiling fan, plenty of closet space, and easy access to a bathroom. The master on the 3rd floor also includes room for a seating area and access to your balcony. The two large porches are the perfect place to sit and watch the world drive by on their golf carts while your drink your morning coffee or enjoy your evening cocktails. You will have plenty of parking and storage space under the house with an attached storage room on the ground level. Located at the south end of Myrtle Beach, Ocean Lakes ranks in the top 1% of campgrounds in the United States, offering the best amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, waterpark, lazy river, basketball and volleyball courts, restaurant, ice cream shop, golf carts, and more! Our beautiful home is located in the 5000 Section
The home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths which include 3 queen beds and 1 King Master bed.
Our spacious deck with additional side porch (my favorite spot) will allow you to enjoy the sun or shade, while enjoying a constant breeze and sounds of the ocean.
Once returning from the beach, you will take pleasure in our outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
The home will sleep 8 comfortably.
Each bedroom is equipped with cable and smart TV’s along with Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances and beautiful soft close cabinets.
We do not allow pets or smoking.
You must be 25 years old to rent and be present the entire stay.
Linens and towels included.
Maximum 4 cars allowed.
Parking passes are in addition to the rent and are $15.00 per day per vehicle (to be paid to Ocean Lakes). $12 if purchases within 14 days of arrival
We require a 7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday) from Memorial Day to August 14, 2023

• Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center which includes indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, mat racer, tube slide, splash zone for kids, arcade, mini-golf course, and café.

1st, let me say that this property/location is nice. Beautiful, although the house could've been better maintained. Pillows/sheets paper thin, bedspreads & deco.pillows worn. Bring your own pillows. Bare starter amount of starter paper, etc.
On arrival, 8ft. ladder left upstairs. Maint. guy quick to remove. Had to call him about toilet malfunction. Tv's in 2 small bedrooms did not work, & again maint. guy came. Said that they needed cable adapt. to connect to TV service, went off to Walmart and never called /returned with said parts. (One should not list tvs in every bedroom if they don't work). The master and den TV worked, although one in the MBR bath wasn't connected to cable, even though it was plugged in. Before arriving, we had rented the host's golf car for an extra fee. On arrival, when we asked the maint. man about the key for it, we were told that it did not work as it needed a part. Now they tell us, and then he didn't remember renting it to us, but refunded it shortly afterward. Thankfully Ocean Lakes has rentals to offer.
BIGGEST ISSUE has been communication with host. Very slow to respond. Even on day of arrival, he could not be reached. Ocean Lakes was not notified of our stay, so could not help. Called VRBO directly and finally got host to respond. Host is super nice on phone but actions speak louder... My patience had been worn thin from all the attempts at trying to contact him. Condensing this review as letter characters are limited.
